Cody Blake Jordan

Cody Blake Jordan, 29, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was an amazing father, a tremendous worker, the very best friend, and a supportive, caring, gentle spouse to his partner.

Cody is survived by his fiancé, Chelsea, their 3 children, Anthony, Kingston, and Avalyn; his siblings, Heather, Dalton, Peyton, Tucker, Destiny, and Jamie Lynn; Aunt Vickie, Aunt Jessika, and Uncle Matt.

He was predeceased by his biological parents, biological father, Gary Lee Blake, as well as his biological mother, Angie R. Neisz.

Cody will forever be in the hearts of the people who loved him.
