Donald Lewis Reeves

Donald is preceded in death by, His parents, Lewis & Pauline Reeves; Sister, Joyce Milsap; Brothers, Dennis Reeves, Billy Reeves, and Terry Reeves; and grandson, Zachary Aldridge.

Donald loved the Lord his God with all he was! Donald was an avid golfer who truly loved and enjoyed the sport (he was pretty good at it too)! He stood by and loved his Wife, Brenda Reeves, who he built a big family with. He was the best daddy and pop that anyone could have and loved his family. He had a light & strength about him that shined and fought through till the end. He will truly be missed.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his 4 children, Kim (David) Campbell, Donna (Terry) Adkins, Donnie Reeves, Paula Reeves; along with 12 grandchildren – Zachary Aldridge (who welcomed Donald in heaven with Jesus), Lacey Rosipko, Ashley Aldridge, Courtney Aldridge, Casey Mitchell, Tara (L.J.) Scripter, Matthew Aldridge, Alex Aldridge, Kayla Gill, Dylan Reeves, Briana (Scotty) Bragg, and Gracey Gill – many great grandchildren; and his sister, Kay (Roy) Powell.

He will truly be missed, but we rejoice in the fact that he is able to spend the rest of eternity with God.

Philippians 3:20-21 20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so thatthey will be like his glorious body.

Isaiah 46:4 Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carryyou; I willsustain you and I will rescue you.

Ecclesiastes 13:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
