Fredia Inez King Montgomery

Fredia Inez Montgomery was born in Nashville, TN to the late Earthel Hurston King and Edith Lorene LaRue King on May 26th, 1949 and passed away in Nashville, TN on October 19th, 2022 surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Ricky Charles Wayne Webster; and siblings, Susan Angela “Ann” King, Hurston Wayne King, Ricky Dwight King, Charles Wayne King, and Donald Edward Morton.

Those left behind to cherish her memory, her spunkiness, and her love of dancing is the family she loved so well, daughters Sabrina Carter (Kenny Carter), Tammy Roberts; grandkids, Samantha Buchanan, Kayla Campbell, Chapel Roberts, Taylor Gaddis, Bradley Campbell, and Ashton Allen; great-grandkids, Luis Villagran III, Brandon Michael, Lilian Buchanan, Raylan Buchanan, Jaxon Buchanan, Johnny McClure, Sa’mara Campbell, Channing Gaddis, and Willow Westmoreland; as well as extended family, Bobbie Vance, Laura Dyer, Patricia Biggs, Edward Rigsby, and Fredia Braund.

There are no services planned at this time. Donations may be made online at Lumen Cremation to help with the cost of the cremation for the family, or to the Lupus Foundation of America in her honor.
