Diane was born in Los Angeles. Her family moved to Louisiana following WWII for a short time and then to Guthrie, OK, where she would grow up.
Diane graduated from Oklahoma State University and worked in banking after graduation. She and Jerry married in November 1964, living in Oklahoma City. After Jerry finished college, they relocated to near Houston, TX. Subsequently, they relocated back to the Oklahoma City area and were blessed with two daughters, Stephanie and Kathy.
Diane and Jerry both came to faith in Jesus in 1973 and in 1979 moved to Dallas, TX where Jerry completed graduate school. They committed themselves to church planting and moved several times, serving various churches in Canada and the US.
Diane played the piano all her life, was very competitive when participating in sports, like church softball and bowling leagues, and playing cards. She crocheted countless blankets for grand babies, and loved to watch figure skating.
Diane was preceded in death by her first grandchild, Dasya Gray.
