Stacy was born August 8, 1964 in Laurel, Mississippi and died August 8, 2021 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was retired from Jones County Schools. He was full of life. There never was a dull moment around him. He loved his kids and wife more than anything. Stacy also loved hot rods and motorcycles, and the outdoors. Stacy was one of a kind!
Stacy was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Riley Whatley; his parents, Hilda and Edward Crocker; sister, Ami Crocker; and brothers, Nathan and Marc Whatley.
He is survived by his daughters, Kayla (Kaleb) Long of Stringer, MS; Amanda (Larry) Ekes of Laurel, MS; son, Dakota (Shakema) Cobb of Laurel, MS; father, Phil (Diane) Whatley of Laurel, MS; brothers, Kevin (Karen) Whatley of Ellisville, MS, Jamie (Julie) Whatley of Laurel, MS, Ronald (Barbara) Crocker of Stringer, MS, Howard (Christy) Crocker of Laurel, MS; and sister, Marie Whatley of Laurel, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews and one granddaughter, Rylie.
