Tadd Lynn Gagnon

Tadd Lynn Gagnon, a beloved resident of Portland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee. Born on May 30, 1961, Tadd was a man full of life, personality, and love, who touched the hearts of many throughout his 63 years. Tadd was a proud Navy veteran, dedicating a portion of his life to serving his country with honor and distinction. Tadd was a son of the late Lynette and Harold Hild of Alamo, Texas, who preceded him in death. For nearly two decades, Tadd made Portland, Tennessee, his home, where he was known for his vibrant spirit and the joy he brought to those around him. Tadd faced life's challenges with strength, including two battles with cancer, the first of which occurred in 2021. Despite these trials, he found many joyful moments in his final years, surrounded by loved ones. Tadd is survived by his youngest daughter, Valerie Gagnon, and her two older half-sisters, who were also his children. He was a devoted "Pawpaw" and a dear friend to many in Portland, Tennessee, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. His memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
