Vivian Marlene Brady

On Monday, April 3, 2023, Vivian Marlene Brady, loving mother of three children peacefully passed away at the age of 72 at home with her family.

Vivian was born on January 17, 1951 to Jack and Frances (Caudill) Summers and raised in Riverview, Michigan. After graduating high school, Vivian obtained her Cosmetology Certification and enjoyed serving as an independent hairdresser in senior facilities, loving every minute with her clients who also became her friends. Vivian loved raising and enjoyed spending time with her three daughters; Renae, Jaime, and Darla.

Vivian had a passion for talking to people, making friends, and spending time with everyone, especially her family. Full of faith, Vivian acquired much love for God, Jesus, the congregation of the Church, and her Country; a True American through and through. She adored her dog, Maya, was an avid birdwatcher who cared for feeding and observing hummingbirds. She also loved sewing and creating beautiful costumes, dolls, and puppets for the children ministry. She was known for her opinions and quick wit while possessing an infectious smile with a kind and compassionate spirit.

Vivian was predeceased in death by her father, Jack Summers, mother Frances Summers (Caudill), sisters; Theresa Henry (Summers), and Lisa Summers. Vivian is survived by her daughters and son in laws she loved so very much; Maya Brady; Renae Demeester (Brady) and her husband, Derrick Demeester; Jaime Matulonis (Brady) and her husband, Chris Matulonis; and Darla Stewart (Brady), and her husband Tye Stewart along with their two children; Brennan (Meredith) and Ryan Stewart.

A Celebration of Life will be held, at a later date with details to be announced, in Greeneville, Tennessee at her dream cabin in the Viking Mountain.
