Vivian R. Fry

On Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 19, 2022, Vivian Fry (formerly Word) passed away in Lebanon, TN. She was 74.

Vivian loved crafting, traveling, dogs, and clothes. She enjoyed game shows, cooking, dancing, and most other animals. She was sure all the animals from dogs to ducks loved her and would come if she whispered in some special language to them. It was disheartening and painful to see so much become inaccessible to her in the end.

However, the friends and family she leaves behind will not be surprised by the impression she left on the many medical professionals she encountered these last few months. Even as her condition deteriorated, they were impressed by her spunk, strength, stubbornness, sweetness, sense of humor, sense of fun, and her smile. Let’s all remember those things about her.
