Stephanie- My heart is aching for you. I am so glad you got to retire and spend so much time with Bill over these past few years. I loved seeing both of your smiles in pictures of you two together. May your sweet memories sustain you during this time. Wish I could give you a hug right now.

Monday I lost a very dear friend of many years. Bill was one of the most humble, loving and generous people I have ever had the honor of calling my friend. His laugh was infectious and I never ever heard a cross word exit his mouth. Bill had a unique ability to bring out the best in people which is something I continue to strive for in my life. He enriched my life in so many ways I can't begin to mention them all. His never ending love for Steph was apparent during every conversation I had with him. She was the light of his life and he was so proud of all her accomplishments but he was most moved how she took care of him these last few years. Their love for one another is something we should all strive for in our lives. How do you say good buy to this type of man? I will simply say this, it is my turn to share Bill with God. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this time and he will be remembered fondly by friends and family. There is nothing than can fill the void in your hearts at this time except for the love he had for all of you. Steph, rest assured God has you in his palms right now and he will help ease the pain. Love to all Your good friend Don
