"My dad passed unexpectedly in June and Tiffany was really nice to work with through handling his final arrangements. She was thorough in answering any questions I had, and she was very kind and compassionate through the entire process. I was given constant updates, and everything went as smooth as I could have hoped. It helped put me at ease during a very difficult time and made me feel like my dad was in good hands that would handle him with dignity and respect. I bought my own urns to distribute between myself and my siblings and Tiffany was kind enough to help me separate the cremains when I came to pick them up before the service. A few weeks later, I received a hand-written condolences card from her in the mail, which I thought was a very nice sentiment. Tiffany is truly a gem, and she puts a lot of love into her job.
I wanted a quick and cheap cremation because I didn't have a ton of money to spend, and I was in town from out of state so I wanted the cremains back the same week before I went home instead of having to get them mailed. Other places I contacted were telling me I'd have to wait two weeks. I wasn't expecting such great service from a low-cost cremation company. By going through Lumen, printing my own memorial cards, and having the celebration of life at a venue that let me use their space for free, I was able to have a heartfelt service for my dad on a budget that was just as nice as what you'd pay a small fortune for at a funeral home."
